Come experience an Authentic Pumpkin Patch here at Further Up Farms, right in the heart of Elizabeth, Colorado. We have a wide variety of gorgeous pumpkins for your fall decorations, jack-o-lantern carving, and seasonal pies!
Tickets are $10 per person (Kids under 3 get in FREE), and half of the purchase price of your ticket goes toward the purchase of your pumpkins! Tickets (and Pumpkins) are limited, so we encourage you to come early!

When is the Pumpkin Patch open?
Select Saturdays and Sundays: September 28th - October 26th from 9am-5pm
Select Wednesdays and Fridays: October 1st - 24th from 1pm - 6pm

What's included with my ticket?
- $5 off your pumpkins! Purchase your tickets ahead of time online and half the price of your ticket goes toward the purchase of your pumpkins.
- Parking is by the barn and you get a Hay Ride Shuttle down the hill to the garden.
- Hot Apple Cider or Hot Chocolate will be available for you to enjoy.
- We will also have a few unique Family Photo Opportunities, featuring tractors and farm trucks.
- Farm Tours may be available upon request.

Further Up Farms
Participant Waiver, Indemnification & Release Agreement (Colorado)
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned Participant (or Parent/Guardian, if applicable) in favor of Further Up Farms, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, land holders, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”).
1. Statutory Warning (Colorado Required Notice)
WARNING
UNDER COLORADO LAW, THERE IS NO LIABILITY FOR THE DEATH OF OR INJURY TO A PARTICIPANT IN AN AGRICULTURAL RECREATION OR AGRITOURISM ACTIVITY RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF THE AGRICULTURAL RECREATION OR AGRITOURISM ACTIVITY, PURSUANT TO SECTION 13-21-121, COLORADO REVISED STATUTES.
2. Acknowledgment of Risks
I acknowledge that participating in activities at Further Up Farms—including interacting with animals, farm equipment, uneven terrain, fields, orchards, wagon rides, barns, or other recreational and agricultural activities—carries inherent risks of bodily injury, illness, death, or property damage, even with safety measures in place.
3. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and regardless of whether they arise from my actions, the actions of others, animals, natural conditions, equipment, or any form of negligence on the part of the Released Parties.
4. Release and Waiver
In consideration for being allowed to participate, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation—except to the extent caused by gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or faulty equipment known to the Released Parties.
5. Indemnification
I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
- My participation in any activities,
- My negligence, misconduct, or failure to follow instructions,
- Any injury or damage I cause while on the premises.
6. Medical Treatment
In case of injury, I authorize the Released Parties to secure medical assistance for me. I understand and agree that all costs for such treatment are my responsibility, and I release the Released Parties from liability related to providing or arranging such care.
7. Compliance with Rules
I agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions. I understand that failure to abide by such directions may result in removal from the premises without refund.
8. Binding Effect
This Agreement is binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. Should any part be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado, including relevant agrotourism liability protections.
