By signing-up for the Weekly Payment Plan, you will be automatically signed up for All Season and have the opportunity to add additional options and add-ons. Your credit card will be automatically charged each week prior to picking up your share. Your first week will be charged when you sign-up to reserve your spot. You may skip a week as needed or cancel any time. All items that are not picked up will be donated to a family in need and unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Share Agreement
1. CSA Share Details:
1.1 Share Type:
The CSA program is divided into three sessions: a 6-week Spring session, 10-week Summer session and a 6-week Fall session.
Members are committed to the entire season for which they sign up.
1.2 Payment Schedule:
The Purchaser is required to make payment for the entire season upfront or adhere to the agreed-upon installment plan.
Payments are non-refundable once the season has commenced.
Late payments may result in the suspension of share deliveries until the account is settled.
1.3 Work-Trade/Volunteer Shares:
Members participating in work-trade or volunteer arrangements will fulfill their agreed-upon duties on the farm.
The farmer will communicate work-trade opportunities, schedule, and expectations in advance.
1.4 Session Start and End Dates:
Spring Session: May 30- July 4
Summer Session: July 11 - September 12
Fall Session: September 19 - October 24
2. Farmer's Responsibilities:
2.1 Produce Delivery:
The Farmer agrees to provide the Purchaser with a weekly share of fresh, locally grown produce throughout the duration of the CSA season.
The farmer reserves the right to adjust the weekly shares based on factors such as weather conditions, crop availability, and unforeseen challenges.
Members will be notified of any adjustments through regular communication channels.
In the event of crop failure or unforeseen circumstances, the farmer will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative produce.
2.2 Quality Assurance:
The Farmer commits to delivering high-quality, responsibly grown produce, free from harmful herbicides, pesticides and chemicals.
2.3 Communication:
The Farmer agrees to keep the Purchaser informed about the contents of each week's share and any relevant farm updates through regular communication channels.
3. Purchaser's Responsibilities:
3.1 Payment:
The Purchaser agrees to pay the total CSA Share cost as outlined in Section 1.
3.2 Pick-Up/Delivery:
The Purchaser is responsible for picking up their CSA share at the designated location on the agreed-upon schedule. In the event of non-collection, the Purchaser forfeits that week's share.
Members are responsible for properly storing and utilizing the received produce.
Any concerns or issues with the CSA program should be communicated promptly to the farmer.
3.3 Risk Acknowledgment:
The Purchaser acknowledges and accepts that farming activities are subject to inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, pests, and other unforeseen circumstances that may impact the availability and quality of produce. The Farmer shall make reasonable efforts to provide a consistent and diverse CSA share, but the Purchaser understands and agrees that the Farmer cannot guarantee the availability of specific items in every share. In the event that certain produce items are unavailable due to factors beyond the Farmer's control, no refunds or adjustments will be made.
3.4 Communication:
The Purchaser is encouraged to communicate any concerns or preferences to the farmer through designated channels.
4. Terms and Termination:
4.1 Termination by Farmer:
The farmer reserves the right to terminate a membership in the event of a violation of the terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.
4.2 Termination by Purchaser:
Members may request termination of their membership in writing, subject to any applicable refund policies.
4.3 Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, and any approved refunds will be prorated based on the remaining weeks in the season.
5. Miscellaneous:
5.1 Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado.
5.2 Amendment of Terms:
The farmer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with notice to members.
5.3 Limitation of Liabilities:
The farmer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather events, or acts of vandalism.
Members understand and accept the inherent risks associated with agriculture, including variations in crop yields and quality.
5.4 Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
By participating in the CSA program, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The farmer appreciates the support of its community and is committed to providing a positive and rewarding CSA experience.
